**Title: SCJ Web Design - One (1) Business Analyst - Intermediate**

**Must Haves**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and project implementation including experience in Agile projects.
- ** Knowledge and understanding of Information Architecture to organize and structure website content for easy navigation and accessibility.**:

- ** Experience of Agile development projects, Cloud based development including Microsoft DevOps environment.**:

- ** Experience in enterprise level public website design projects, information architecture/business analysis as it relates to website design.**

**SCOPE**:
The Superior Court of Justice is looking to redesign its public facing website. The current website is difficult to use, and this project will create a brand-new modern website with an updated information architecture and a new user centric web experience.
**DELIVERABLES**:
Gather business requirements to assist with web design, and information architecture.

Create business and end-user/stakeholder process maps, user stories/use case scenarios.

Create a web content strategy to ensure ongoing processes meet business goals.

Work with the project team to develop a new information architecture for the website.

Work with the project team and business users to map content from existing site to new website architecture.

Work with the UX/UI designer and business users to develop the site map, organize content, and create webpage/component prototypes.

Work with the project manager and project team in completing all relevant and required documentation, presentation materials, training and testing in alignment with OPS standards.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and project implementation including experience in Agile projects.

Knowledge and understanding of Information Architecture to organize and structure website content for easy navigation and accessibility.

Experience of Agile development projects, Cloud based development including Microsoft DevOps environment.

Experience in enterprise level public website design projects, information architecture/business analysis as it relates to website design.
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.

Experience in accessibility testing and knowledge of accessibility principles and internationally recognized guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA (or above) standards)

Knowledge and understanding of UX design principles to ensure website is user-friendly and meeting the needs of target audience.

Knowledge and understanding of Information Architecture to organize and structure website content for easy navigation and accessibility.

Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and SharePoint.

Knowledge and understanding of responsive design principles to ensure web content can be viewed on different devices and screen sizes.

Knowledge of web content strategies to ensure on going operations the website.

Knowledge of A/B testing to optimize website elements and improve user engagement.

Lead or facilitate Workshops, Focus Groups, and team discussions.

Gathering business requirements, lead process improvements, and developing specifications.

Conduct Testing and Validation of developed functionality and clarification of Business Requirements

Functional analysis to define business activities and develop process and use case scenarios.

Communicate project status, work plans, issues lists and other forms of communication.

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills

A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft suite including, Teams, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Proficiency with FIGMA/FIGMAJAM and other software tools to facilitate interactive design sessions.

Experience of Agile development projects, Cloud based development including Microsoft DevOps environment.

At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and project implementation including experience in Agile projects

Experience in enterprise level public website design projects, information architecture/business analysis as it relates to website design.
