Application Technician

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to assess rust and corrosion levels.
- Ensure the complete and proper coverage of all vehicle surfaces, including undercarriages, frames, wheel wells, and exposed metal parts.
- Communicate with customers to explain the rust control process, address inquiries, and provide maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, services performed, and product inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and maintain efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in rust control technologies, and new product offerings.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance, detailing, or rust control is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of vehicle structures and components susceptible to rust and corrosion.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and in different work environments (indoor and outdoor).
