**Job Summary**
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of documents using standard template agreements
- Assisting in the periodic reviewing and updating of precedents and policies
- Directing and managing legal inquiries received from various departments
- Maintaining corporate records and minute books for Titanium and its subsidiaries
- Coordinating different aspects of board meetings and annual meetings
- Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of legal processes and repositories of legal resources
- Embracing the use of technology in the delivery of legal services
- Maintaining confidentiality of all matters occurring in the Legal Department
**Job Requirements**
- A minimum of 3+ years of law clerk experience at a law firm or in-house equivalent
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision, multi-task, and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), data management, and can work with PDF documents
**Preferred**
- Previous experience in the Transportation Industry
- Driver's license and vehicle
