Professional Cleaner

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and facility management regarding cleaning needs and schedules.
- Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning duties within designated timeframes.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or related fields is advantageous.

The locations are quite distant, and bus service may not be available, so it's better to have a car.
