**Purpose**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to operate weighing scales and manage the weigh-in and weigh-out processes efficiently. You will play a vital role in accurately recording weights, managing data entry, and providing excellent customer service to drivers and visitors. Your commitment to maintaining a smooth and organized operation at the scale station will contribute to the overall success of our facility. This part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to our team while allowing flexibility in work hours to accommodate other commitments. You will also act as a call center representative backup.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet Drivers: Provide a warm and professional welcome to drivers arriving at the weighbridge, ensuring a positive customer experience from the outset.
- Record Vehicle Weigh-ins and Weigh-outs: Precisely document vehicle weights in our computer system during both entry and exit from the facility.
- Customer Information Management: Capture and maintain accurate customer data, including container details, using our designated information system.
- Communicate with Appropriate Departments: Collaborate with relevant internal departments to relay information regarding the receipt of goods, ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers as necessary, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering exceptional service throughout their interactions with the facility.
- Issue Payment Slips: Prepare and issue payment slips to customers based on the recorded weigh-in and weigh-out data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the payment process.
- Call Centre Backup: Serve as a reliable call center backup, respo
