**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Representing the company in a positive, helpful, and respectful manner every day
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Processing incoming orders
- Booking outbound shipments and preparing shipping documentation
- Facilitate freight and customs arrangements on inbound shipments and prepaid orders
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets for customer analytics and order tracking
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Assist other team-members when possible
- Perform other assignments and special projects as assigned

**Keys for Success**:

- College certification in office administration or related field
- Three plus years of front desk administration experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service (internal/external) in a fast-paced environment and high-quality work
- Customs & brokerage / international shipping experience
- Previous experience with Sage, Quickbooks or other ERP preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Able to work independently and assist the team whenever possible
- Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and able to work co-operatively with all levels of the organization
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and deadlines
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient keyboarding skills (40wpm)

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
- Front Desk Administration: 3 years (required)
