Assisting lawyers primarily in the corporate department - including the preparation of new incorporations, company reorganization, asset sales, share sales, dissolutions, telephone and in person client discussions, preparation of client reporting letters and documents, drafting accounts, opening and closing files, assisting other staff in office, other tasks as may be assigned

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with corporate matters
- Post‐secondary training / credential in related field (ie, Legal Assistant, Paralegal)
- Strong organization, communication, time management and multi‐tasking skills
- Willingness to learn new programs / take on additional duties as needed
- Salary will be based on a variety of factors including training, experience, and availability (full-time / part-time)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
