Client Success Specialist

Fusion is a recreation management tool that empowers recreation departments of all sizes to get the most out of their facilities. You will be part of the go-to team for clients who need assistance with Fusion and our other products, like FusionGo and Fusion Wave. You'll collaborate with a team of experts to troubleshoot anything from simple configuration questions to more complex software inquiries, helping our clients get the most out of our products.
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Investigate and solve client issues using your critical thinking skills and the resources available to you.
- Proactively manage your queue of outstanding customer inquiries and follow up with customers on a frequent basis.
- Assist various teams like Implementation and Education, with client tasks.
- Document software bugs and elevate via appropriate channels.
- Elevate sensitive/noteworthy customer situations to management team as necessary.
**What qualifications will you need?**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree/diploma.
- 1-2 years experience in Technical Support.
- You're familiar with CSS/HTML and MSSQL.
- You’re familiar with SSO (SAML 2.0) solutions.
- You’re good at problem solving and you know when to ask for help.
- You’re a solid team player, but you’re also able to work on own initiative.
