**Job Description** Part Time Second Cook (Overnight)**

Inspire and create the grandest experience for our guest, clients and colleagues every day. Create cutting edge and high dishes for our food and beverage outlets and banquets. Create for yourself a career and develop within a world class hotel operation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Duties below, and other duties as assigned by Culinary Leaders
- Maintaining food standards through use of standardized food recipes and safe food handling practices.
- Maintains food cost through the minimization of food waste and proper use of standardized food recipes.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive service
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment and ensures that all Health & Safety standards are met.

**Qualifications**
- Should be able to work overnight shifts.
- 4 years of similar hotel environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Food Safe certification an asset
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts.
- Energetic, self-motivated, out-going, team-player
