**Duties**

Builds rapport with existing and potential customer base to encourage customers to use Barri products and services.

Advises customers about rates while gathering key information to find solutions for BFG customers.

Works with highly confidential information such as customer financial records.

Maintains current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standard.

Other tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
Authorization to work in the US

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong verbal & written communication skills for constant interaction with prospective customers via in person approach, or by telephone.

Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices.

Ability to analyze customer needs & make recommendations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Must speak Spanish fluently

**Position Condition**:
Overtime Eligibility: Eligible (Nonexempt).

**Working Conditions/Schedule**:
Open sales floor or a supermarket customer service booth.

Office Environment.

Flexible schedules between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday.

**Relationship**:
Report directly to Area Manager
