For consumers, we provide engaging features like strain swapping, social connections, and access to exclusive deals from retailers, all aimed at improving accessibility, affordability, and community engagement. Retailers benefit from our targeted advertising capabilities, allowing them to effectively promote their exclusive promotions and products directly to a targeted and engaged market, thereby increasing visibility and sales.

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Consumer Interaction**: Engage daily with consumers to confirm cannabis usage and ensure they are of legal age.
- **Membership Enrollment**: Sign up individuals for our premium memberships, clearly explaining the benefits and cost savings.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Actively promote Grow and Share to increase company exposure and drive sales.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Use social media platforms to reach a broader audience and increase sign-ups
- **Event Participation**: Attend industry and consumer events to increase brand visibility and membership sign-ups.

- **Exclusive Strain Swapping on Grow and Share**: This is the only platform in the world that allows legal cannabis strain swapping, enabling consumers to diversify their cannabis experiences economically and enjoyably.
- **Smokin'Singles - Integrated Dating App**: Connects cannabis enthusiasts in a dynamic social environment, enhancing their social connections through shared interests.
- **Cost-Effective Memberships**:On average, both platforms can pay for themselves within just 4 to 5 swaps or interactions. This average is based on typical consumer behavior and industry pricing across different quantities.

**Commission Structure**:

- **Commission**: Earn a 65% commission on each sale, which equates to:

- **Potential Earnings**: Ambassadors who effectively leverage their sales skills can sign up 21 to 30 new members weekly, greatly exceeding initial income estimates, particularly with Dual Memberships.
- **Payment Schedule**: Commissions are paid directly by the Regional Manager you are assigned to and offer uncapped earning potential.
- **Experience**: Strong sales background, with significant experience in direct consumer interactions and a thorough understanding of the cannabis industry.
- **Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in social media and digital communication platforms.
- **Attributes**: Highly motivated and independent, with the ability to establish and maintain a flexible work schedule.
- **Passion**: A fervent interest in advancing the accessibility of cannabis and engaging more effectively with consumers, aiming to enhance their experience with the industry.

**Additional Information**:

- **Flexibility**: Ambassadors enjoy the freedom to choose their own working days and hours, offering significant flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments. With daily engagements of 50 to 100 people, our analysis shows that approximately 20-30 of these interactions typically result in sign-ups, maximizing your potential for successful outcomes each day
