**Key Responsibilities**

Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with menu offerings to provide recommendations and upsell additional products. Upselling: Promoting additional products or specials to enhance the customer experience. Time Management: Efficiently managing tasks and maintaining prompt service during busy periods. Knowledge Development: Continue to use provided web-based training tools to improve skills.
