We are a year-round maintenance and landscape installation company that has considerable experience in both residential and commercial snow management.

We are currently seeking experienced winter hand crew leads who shall be responsible for ensuring that walkways and steps on one of our many winter routes are completed each and every snow storm.

As the leader of a crew of 2-3 other workers, you will have more than a year of previous experience including driving a truck and trailer and operating equipment such as snow blowers and ride-on sidewalk equipment (Toro, Kubota).

You will be tasked with ensuring all paperwork is complete, and that all of your sites have been cleared, salted, and are safe for clients.

You will be required to perform additional tasks such as checking on properties, filling salt bins, and assisting other teams. When it snows, you must be ready to work. Additionally, we work on days before and after the storm.

Things are changing at Lindsay Landscape. Starting in Spring, we will be offering the following additional benefits to our staff:
Overtime (starting at 50 hours net)

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
