Responsibilities: - Develop and implement gymnastics training programs for athletes of various ages and skill levels - Teach proper techniques and skills in gymnastics disciplines such as floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault - Provide guidance and support to athletes during training sessions and competitions - Create a safe and positive training environment for all athletes - Monitor and evaluate athlete progress and provide feedback for improvement - Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to plan and coordinate team activities - Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized gym area Experience: - Previous experience coaching gymnastics is preferred - Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety guidelines - Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate skills to athletes - Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and staff members - Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential Skills: - Swim: Knowledge of swimming techniques may be required for certain gymnastics disciplines such as synchronized swimming or water-based routines. - Educate: Ability to educate athletes on proper form, technique, safety procedures, and the rules of gymnastics. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
