**Department Overview**
- Enterprise Real Estate (ERE) resides within Treasury and Enterprise Strategy. ERE provides a variety of real estate services to support all TD business units across North America. ERE is responsible for the TD retail and corporate global real estate portfolio, providing real estate strategies and solutions that align with the objectives of the Bank’s business units, always ensuring that service delivery is timely, cost effective and meets business needs. ERE Vendor Management resides within ERE Business Management Governance & Support. Our objective is to build a best in class North American Vendor Management team, developing strong successful third party contracts and relationships that support our ERE Vision.
- The Vendor Governance Manager will work closely with the AVP, Vendor Management and all Vendor Managers on the team to build vendor category strategies and ensure all Canadian and US ERE vendors are compliant with all Policies through the Third-Party Vendor Management Lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible as:

- Subject Matter Expert in all Vendor Management policies at TD (including new programs and changes to policy)
- Proactively manage and evolve the ERE Vendor Inventory report (transitioning data to Tableau) & checklist of 800+ vendors to track compliance, audits and employ quality control to achieve 100% policy compliance.
- Maintain and manage all ERE Vendor Inventory supporting documentation such as vendor performance scorecards, governance, vendor due diligence, contract compliance checklists, third party audit remediation activities, etc)
- Using all data supporting the vendor inventory, identify and raise opportunities to support vendor strategies.
- Assist in the development of processes supporting daily operations, including production of reports, procedural documentation or analysis and provide specialized research and analysis for the Vendor Managers
- Identify and escalate issues to immediate remediate any gaps
- Liaison and Point of Contact for ERE and TD Strategic Sourcing Group (re: vendor management policies, risk, emerging industry trends and best practices)
- Work with TD Strategic Sourcing Group for conceptual evaluation of upcoming engagements and sourcing activities
- Support and identify gaps within multi-vendor strategies for each vendor category to drive the best value from each category
- Assist Vendor Managers with all policies, processes, required due diligence activities and knowledge management activities within their portfolio
- Provide training and communication to ERE stakeholders
- Responsible for ERE vendor onboarding within Tririga and all relevant systems

**Job Requirements**
- Prior experience in Vendor Management, policy management and strategic development
- Strong knowledge of policies supporting the Vendor Management Lifecyle and deep understanding of what drives a successful vendor relationship
- Experience in managing a workflow and inventory of many moving parts and directing continuous improvement in the process
- Excellent MS Office product knowledge and demonstrated ability to create reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to independently problem solve and provide informed decisions or recommendations
- Experienced in communicating with senior leaders at TD
- Ability to deliver effective communications, including meeting facilitation, training, working sessions and process reviews
- Ability to create strategies and quickly solution issues from informed data
- Results oriented and possesses excellent research and analytical skills to help identify related cost savings and process improvements to drive and maximize vendor value
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Work effectively as a team, supporting Vendor Managers and internal/external partner(s) in achieving business objectives
- Contribute and support a positive work environment that promotes open communication, quality, innovation and teamwork
- College / University degree
