Position: Project Manager for Strategic Lift

Here’s a sneak peak of what the role entails, if you can imagine slaying these tasks, we’d love for you to connect with us.
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, allocate resources and execute projects working with multiple stakeholders considering time, budget and quality
- Communicate project timeline updates with clients and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are on track
- Lead internal and external teams to achieve consistent project results on time and within budget
- Manage all projects in the production process ensuring all deliverables are on track considering multiple deadlines and involving internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct client and supplier meetings throughout the project life cycle
- Request project quotes from suppliers and review pricing in order to receive client approval,
- Perform risk analysis/assessment and risk mitigation for all projects
- Provide post-project reviews/learnings and recommendations to improve operations and client satisfaction
- Conduct weekly project meetings to ensure efficient job-flow management, updates on current projects and incoming work are communicated to key team members across multiple departments
- Perform quality check of completed projects and ensure quality standards are achieved on a consistent basis
- Assist in project site surveys, installations, and post-installation quality checks determined on a project basis

Some of the essentials we hope you bring with you
- 2+ years of project management, account management or relevant work experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and goal-oriented
- Creative problem solver and thrives well under pressure
- Ability to conduct risks analysis and develop multi-plan scenarios/contingency plans
- A proven team-player with a strong desire to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Desire for continuous learning and laddering up skills
- Ability to coach and train other team members within different departments
- Adaptable to change, flexible and agile with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities
- Service-oriented with a strong focus on relationship building with clients and contractors/partners
- Access to a vehicle for efficient mobility to drive to different project sites as needed for conducting site surveys and coordinating installations
- Flexible hours based on project needs

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
