**Reports to**: Manager, Project Services

Whitewater’s Project Services department is looking for **Project Manager, Waterparks** to join their team Reporting to the Manager, Project Services, the successful will be responsible for active management of project teams within established schedules & budgets, typically from the time of sale, through design and engineering, procurement, installation, final inspection, certification, and settlement of final accounts. This position requires an effective communicator, with strong leadership skills and a drive for Customer Service Excellence.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently, focusing on On-Time Delivery, Financial Performance of projects, and Customer Service Excellence. Maximize margin through cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Direct multiple Project Teams of cross functional inter-disciplinary stakeholders including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction personnel to meet project goals.
- Some travel as appropriate - to build relationships with internal and external customers into successful partnerships.
- Acting as the prime point of contact and liaison between the client, and their representatives, and WhiteWater and its partners.
- Preparing, analyzing, reviewing, approving, and managing the execution of project paperwork through their lifespan.
- Managing the timely collection of revenue from clients and monitoring procurement activities.
- Updating the Project Services Manager and other senior managers on project variances from established schedules and budgets on a timely basis
- Developing a well-rounded knowledge of products and installation requirements.
- Usage of Non-Compliance Reporting (NCR) / Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) procedures
- Embrace and participate actively in Continuous Improvement and responsible for safety to ensure best practices are followed.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position; construction or manufacturing industry experience considered an asset.
- Advanced communication skills are necessary to influence, negotiate and guide clients and internal resources.
- Proficiency in other languages considered an asset.
- Completion of Engineering or Design degree or PMP certification would be a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands on experience with MS Project and MS SharePoint.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
