Contract Sales Representative for Commercial Cleaning Company

**Location - Scarborough, Ontario Area**

Pay Rate: Varies per Visit

This position requires the individual to have a strong understanding of commercial cleaning for various smaller locations and proven sales skills. This is not a position where you can learn about the cleaning industry,
**you must have pre-existing commercial cleaning knowledge**.

**Job Description Summary**

We have an opportunity for a Contract Sales Representative for commercial cleaning.

**Properties of the Position**:

- Passionate, Sales experience (a priority).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Proven sales success record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals.
- The ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals.
- Must be able to build, expand and solidify professional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software Applications and any necessary apps.
- Janitorial/Commercial cleaning experience is mandatory.

This is an as needed basis position.

A specific compensation package has been developed for this role.

- Able to communicate in English
- Must be able to follow directions, to work with mínimal supervision, and to function cooperatively
- Must have a vehicle and a valid Drivers License
- Ability to listen to potential clients with a positive attitude
- Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy
