- Temporary until approximately March 2025.**Position Description**:

- The Project Manager, Web Transformation leads the oversight of the development, planning and delivery of TOH’s web transformation project from onboarding to completion.- The web transformation project is focused on the update of three targeted sites:- TOH.CA - The Ottawa Hospital’s main website, which covers the General, Civic and Riverside Campuses
- OHRI.CA - The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, connected to the TOH site but managed by the OHRI team
- MyHospital - TOH’s internal SharePoint Intranet site**What you will do**:
- Consulting with internal (cross departmental) and engaging directly with external stakeholders (web development vendor agency) to coordinate and determine the re-design process and the delivery of assigned milestones; content management; deadlines; migration and deliverables; and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and requirements.
- Manage ongoing consultation, throughout the life of the project, with all stakeholders to determine the websites needs, and functionalities;
- Working and engaging directly with the in-house web transformation project team to oversee the internal execution and delivery of the web transformation, including, but not limited to Manager, Brand Strategy; TOH’s web developer; Senior Brand and Graphics Manager; Content Creators/Editors; IT department; and OHRI’s web developer;
- Supporting a culture of innovation and data-informed decision-making at the hospital, translating into an innovative online presence;
- The projects typically involve a heavy amount of engagement with project teams, management team, senior leaders, and potentially physicians across TOH;
- Acts as the resource person for various departments associated with the web redevelopment project and is responsible for stakeholder engagement, workplan development, ensuring that milestones are met and that the project is achieving objectives;
- Develops project strategies, timelines, frameworks, and recommendations based on a strong understanding and evaluation of milestones, targets, and budget.**What you will bring**:
- Four (4) year undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or an equivalent mix of education and work experience related to a web-based project of this scope: graphic design, web development, computer science or similar;
- A minimum of five (5) years recent, related experience in project management, implementing quality improvement strategies and change management;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills (oral and written). Confidence to tackle issues swiftly, professionally. Must work well under pressure;
- Ability to implement, facilitate, lead change, and to propose process improvements, troubleshooting, and value-added initiatives;
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, progress indicators and reporting to generate ongoing updates and progress;
- Ability to build strong relationships with project teams, internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership team;
- Experience with preparing and delivering presentations, writing briefing notes for Senior Management;
- Strong experience of managing strategic projects, championing change and adaptability to changing environment;
- Knowledge of the methods, practices and systems used in project management;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and to manage internal and relationships and expectations;

- Five (5) years of experience working in project management leading roles, guiding project teams, with preference for multi-layered, technical web-based transformation projects preferrably in a Hospital; Museum/Art Gallery; Library; Government; Not-For Profit setting;
