**Job Overview**: Bow View Manor is seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapy Aide to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and facilitating therapeutic programming tailored for seniors with varying levels of functioning. Your commitment to ethical practice and our foundational values will be crucial as you contribute to our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recognize and respond to the individual needs of residents.
- Observe, document, and report any unusual signs or incidents to nursing staff.
- Collaborate on Care Plans for residents, ensuring clear communication and adherence to established standards.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that respects residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence.

**Qualifications**:

- Rehabilitation Aide certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in physical therapy and working with seniors is essential.

- Ability to work independently and think critically within your scope of practice.
