**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training may be considered.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Current BLS Provider - Heart and Stroke certificate. Experience as a Therapy Assistant in an urban adult acute care setting within the last 2 years.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1+ years’ experience in an urban adult acute care setting within last 5 yrs. Experience with the following TA acute care skill sets: MBS/FEES, Arthroplasty D/C Program, therapeutic sewing. Experience in Rec Therapy. Experience leading patient groups. Exp in: Orthopedics, Specialized Geriatric Units, Critical Care, General Medicine and General Surgery. Exp with managing rehabilitation equipment. Exp working with geriatric populations in an acute care setting. Exp at Rockyview General Hospital.
