**The Opportunity**:You will work directly with the company’s builder and CEO, and with project managers and field staff to understand and improve the company’s day-to-day flow of operations in the office and in the field.

**You will**:

- Analyze and optimize current business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with all team members to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) - in writing or in video form.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between field and office staff.

**Location**: Central Vancouver Island (exact location TBD, but between Duncan and Parksville)

**Must Haves**:

- Completed program in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Experience as an Office Manager or Process Manager, or similar.
- Ability to accept and respond positively to feedback.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning any app needed to do the job.

**Nuts and Bolts**:

- This is a full-time salaried position ($70,000+ based on training, skills and experience)
- Must work in our office.
