Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for one (1), contract, full-time, forty (40) hours per week, **Project Admin**.

**_This is a 2 year contract position. _**

**Job Summary**

Reporting to Manager, Digital Transformation and Projects the Project Admin will be responsible to support Project Stream Leads with project admin tasks such as tracking invoices, organizing and maintaining records of project deliverables, project decision log, meeting minutes, and any necessary documentation.

**Job Duties**
- Support project team with project administrative tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings and working sessions.
- File management - organizes and maintains records of project decisions log, meeting minutes etc.
- Proofread, finalize and distribute project documents (for example workshop preparation material, user guides, training materials).
- Assists with progress monitoring, invoice tracking, project task tracking.
- Tracks details of project deliverables in support of Project Stream Lead.
- Other related duties, as required

**Education and Experience**
- Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in administrative office work
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of project scheduling tools

- A well-defined sense of diplomacy
- Able to provide professional service to others with discretion, maturity, compassion, empathy, and sensitivity
- Highly resourceful, flexible, and adaptive
- Remain calm and organized in a busy office environment
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, professionals, and service providers.

**Other requirements**:

- Satisfactory Security checks including Police Information Check (CPIC)
- Transportation to attend meetings and presentations in different offices and program
