Security / Greeter

United Sport & Cycle is seeking permanent Part-time Security Greeters to help us continue our history of success by providing customers with a warm welcome and the proper attention they deserve. The Security Greeter will be able to inform customers of our current instore safety policies and practices on top of directing them to the appropriate Sport Division and Sales Associate best suited to their sport & cycle needs.

**Who YOU are and what you bring**:
You are known for your amazing personality and helpful disposition. You have experience and are comfortable enacting store policy to ensure a safe environment for all. You have a history of consistently delivering incredible in-store experience for your customers and have a proven track record for accuracy and attention to detail. You enjoy working as part of a team
- 1+ year of security experience and/or relevant training
- 1+ year greeter and/or customer service experience
- The ability to work weekdays, weekends and/or an evening (required)
- Retail experience (an asset)
- Sports knowledge (an asset)
- Those qualities that make you an outstanding team player who knows the importance of going above and beyond
- Strong customer service skills that leave a “WOW” with your customers
- The ability to make decisions quickly and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- An appetite for continuous learning about the services we offer and the products we sell

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
