**Part-Time Pool Representative**

**Location: Parkwood Hills, Ottawa Ontario.**

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide excellent customer service to residents by professionally handling questions and complaints as well as providing facility tours;
- Performs regular facility walk-through in order to supervise and monitor the pool, change rooms facilities and party room;
- Ensures on-going completion of daily cleaning responsibilities;
- Ensures on-going maintenance of all facilities by placing service/maintenance calls for broken, damaged, defective items;
- Perform water tests and adjusts chemicals in swimming pool as required;
- Maintains current qualifications: SFA, CPR-C, WHMIS ;
- Enforces all pool rules/regulations and safe practices including ratios and age requirements;
- Assists management team to achieve department goals such as maintaining high guests satisfaction scores;
- Assist main office with administrative work as require
- Continuously pursues cost effective alternatives to improve financial performance in all areas;
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**We would like you to have**:
**Education**:High school is required. A University Degree or College Diploma is considered an asset.
**Experience**:A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience.
