**Summary**:
**Centura Building Systems** is a construction company that specializes in the manufacturing of prefabricated exterior Wall cladding panels and steel structures.

We are currently looking for a **Quality Control / Project Administrator** to inspect and help coordinate Panel production. Our factory prefabricates 100% finished wall cladding panels, that include steel stud frames, sheathing, membrane, insulation, cavity and finished material, complete with windows and flashings. This is a full-time position.

**Requirements/ Responsibilities**:

- Detailed oriented person with tenacity for details and perfection
- Experience all aspect of the building envelope, commercial and residential exterior wall cladding, and with windows and flashings installations.
- Good knowledge of exterior steel stud framing, exterior sheathing.
- Ability to check and perform systematic quality control to ensure that products conform to shop drawings
- Ability or organize and establish systematic inspection regimes and keep records.
- Ability to follow up and ensure the tasks are complete.
- Able to read the fabrication shop drawings and Construction drawings.
- Demonstrated Effective verbal and communication skills
