Join Our Opening Team as a Host/Hostess at a New Steak House in Lorne Park

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our opening team as a Host at our new steak house located in the prestigious neighborhood of Lorne Park. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless dining experience. Our restaurant is poised to become a popular destination in the area, attracting many regulars, so strong customer service skills are a must.

Being part of our opening team offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of establishing our restaurant's culture and reputation. You will have the chance to shape the guest experience and contribute to the success of the restaurant from the very beginning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile, and seat them at their table.
- Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating arrangements to ensure an efficient dining experience for guests.
- Communicate accurately with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulars to ensure their continued patronage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Strong relationship building skills and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
