We are seeking an experienced talented Digital Marketplace Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Product Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating product content, data, and image assets that appear on our online digital marketplaces. The daily operations and coordination of the online marketplace platforms is a key role that works in coordination with our Sales data management to drive sales in these different platforms.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing and updating marketplace platforms with product listings
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information
- Managing the workflow for each portal to ensure information is updated in a timely manner
- Monitoring the products for customer reviews, questions and suggesting updates to product information
- Implementing pricing promotions and changes in the portal.
- Assisting with resolution of customer issues as needed.
- Analyzing marketplace performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Working with sales team to implement marketing and strategies to drive growth and engagement on the platforms.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience working with Digital Marketplaces preferably Wayfair.
- Strong Ecommerce or retail business acumen.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and
- Organized, methodical and structured and has strong attention to detail.
- Accountable to timelines and responsive to customer requests
- Able to work independently and within a larger team with multiple requirements.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and technology to continuously improve the marketplace's functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude
- Highly organized and a master at multitasking

A digital marketplace coordinator should have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
