As a production Crew Leader, you are the first line of contact for the employees in your department. Ultimately responsible for the orientation, training and motivation of employees under your leadership. The crew leader is responsible for monitoring the health and safety of employees; assisting with the enforcement of company rules and regulations, and product quality. This is a rewarding role in which you can make a positive impact on our amazing products, brand reputation and team members under your supervision.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organization of jobs for the day to reach daily production plan and monitors for quality
- Motivate and inspire team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigate issues and implement changes to address
- Organizes parts order list for crew
- Enforce all health and safety policy items and follow-through on any corrective action for non-conformance
- Assists with the enforcement of company policies and procedures

**EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Completion of grade 12 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Leadership/management experience
- Ability to lead by example
