**The Role**

This role is for a seasoned Product Manager with a deep technical understanding and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will report to the Director of Software Development. You'll play a key role in crafting outstanding user experiences, focusing on developing top-tier features that will propel our product, Advantage CSP, to the forefront of its market. Your expertise will not only shape our product's future but also contribute to an exciting, innovative journey with our team.

Our team is eagerly seeking a skilled Product Manager with deep technical acumen and a fervor for data-driven strategies. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing exceptional user experiences and advancing superior features for our flagship product, Advantage CSP. Your insights will not only shape the future of our product but also drive the overall growth and customer strategy, bolstering our position in the market. This is a hybrid role; our office is in Thornhill, ON. Primarily, the role will be remote (work from home), with requirements to attend in person for meetings or events a few times each quarter, or as the business requires. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and own the development and execution of product roadmaps in collaboration with the Product team and stakeholders.
- Engage in client evangelization, integrating their feedback to enhance product development and support channel growth.
- Utilize data and user experience insights to optimize product development, focusing on customer strategy and experience.
- Craft technical specifications and project manage their implementation.
- Conduct user data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis to enrich our product roadmap to support overall growth and adoption.
- Work in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Development teams to ensure vision alignment and feature progress.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product development.
- Focus on data and user experience to optimize product development; monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Write technical specifications and oversee their implementation.
- Analyze user data and conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform and enrich our product roadmap; stay abreast of technological advancements in the IT industry.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the IT products being managed.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting product plans, progress, and results.

**Your Experience and Technical Skills Include**
- 3-5 years of experience overseeing and leading the development of digital products such as CMS, DAM, or CRM systems.
