**Responsabilités Clés**:

- Prévision, Gestion des Stocks et Analyse des Ventes :_
- Surveiller les stocks et les prévisions pour anticiper les problèmes potentiels.
- Présenter des recommandations réfléchies à la direction avec une logique de soutien.
- Collaborer avec les départements de la Logistique, du Marketing et des Ventes pour collecter et analyser les informations sur les coûts.
- Analyser les données de vente et de marché pour identifier les tendances et recommander des actions pour augmenter les ventes.
- Automatisation des Processus :_
- Assister l'équipe des opérations de vente dans la recherche de données pour divers projets et tâches.
- Soutenir le Responsable des Opérations de Vente pour trouver des efficacités et améliorer les processus à l'aide d'outils tels que Power BI.
- Participer activement aux réunions d'équipe, initiatives/programmes d'amélioration, etc., et soutenir les actions pour atteindre les objectifs/initiatives de l'entreprise.

**Compétences Requises**:

- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyse de produits et opérations.
- Compétences avancées en Excel, en particulier les fonctions et les rapports.
- Expérience dans la création de bases de données SQL.
- Expérience avec Power BI requise, idéalement en tant qu'utilisateur avancé (plus d'un an préféré).
- À l'aise pour travailler dans un environnement rapide avec des priorités changeantes.
- Expérience dans la communication des insights basés sur les données aux parties prenantes de l'entreprise.

**Job description**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Forecast, Inventory management and Sales Analysis**:_
- Monitor inventory and forecasts to ensure that we take action to avoid potential inventory problems before they occur.
- Present well-thought-out recommendations with supporting logic to management
- Work with our Logistics, Marketing and Sales departments to collect and analyze cost information
- Analyze sales and market data to identify sales patterns and recommend actions to grow sales
- **Process automation**:_
- Work with Sales Operations team members to help address business needs within the context of sourcing data for related projects and assigned tasks
- Work with the Sales Operations Manager to support actions to find efficiencies and improve processes using tools such as Power BI
- Actively participate in team meetings, improvement initiatives/programs, etc. and support actions to drive company initiatives/goals

**What you will need**:

- 2+ years working in a product and operational analytics role
- Expert level Excel skills, specifically functions and in reporting
- Experience with building an SQL database
- Experience with Power BI is a must, ideally as a power user (1+ years preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with communicating data driven insights to business stakeholders
