**The Role**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working in alignment with our sales and account management teams, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports three main goals, with a specific emphasis on the North American employer market via channel partnerships: customer acquisition; customer retention; and user adoption.

This is very much a player-coach role. At Togetherall, we value a combination of strategic thinking and rolling our sleeves up and getting the work done.

**Responsibilities**
- Alongside the Chief Executive Officer, implementing the optimal team structure to execute against our strategy and ensure a balanced approach across customer acquisition, customer retention / growth, user adoption and thought leadership - with a particular emphasis on ensuring our strategic partnerships are successful. The current team consists of five individuals across North America and the UK who collectively execute a wide range of activities under the high-level buckets of brand, content, analytics, and adoption.
- Coordinating marketing efforts across communications, content, digital, events, and general market positioning. This will require strong and ongoing communication and collaboration with both the sales and account management teams and other internal stakeholders
- Building out our partner marketing playbook, content and capabilities to support the growth and success of channel partnerships, with particular focus on growth in workplace mental health
- Defining and tracking the key performance indicators that will demonstrate the overall success and ROI of our marketing efforts
- Providing clear coaching, direction, and support to marketing team members, and ensuring strong alignment, communication, and collaboration between marketing and other areas of the business

**Experience. You will**
- Have demonstrated experience and success building and leading high-performance marketing teams. We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys serving in a player-coach capacity and rolling up your sleeves to help your team get the job done
- Bring experience implementing successful growth marketing strategies for other firms competing in the North American workplace mental health / behavioral health space and an in-depth understanding of the nuance of growing via partnerships.
- Employ a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance monitoring / management; have strong experience combining and analyzing data from multiple sources including CRM systems, Excel, Google Analytics and BI tools such as Sisense
- Be a team player that understands the importance of collaboration across client-facing teams and leads by example, demonstrating strong listening skills, openness to feedback, and regular communication with all stakeholders
