A Day in the Life
As a Financial Analyst at L'Oréal Consumer Products in Montreal, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional team of 5, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. You will play a key role in managing the financial health of our diverse portfolio of consumer brands, driving growth through data-driven insights and strategic financial planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your analytical skills with your passion for the beauty industry, making a real impact on a global scale.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Budget Management: Overseeing budget control for marketing expenditures, identifying opportunities, and managing risks.
- Financial Partnership: Acting as a key financial partner to marketing, administrative, and sales teams, providing strategic financial guidance and support.
- Process Improvement: Participating in projects to streamline and optimize financial processes, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing market trends to inform budget forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and digital teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to support brand growth and profitability.
