Agreement Analyst

**Position Title**:Agreement Analyst (6-12 Month Contract)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Own entire process of trade agreement entry and maintenance in McCain systems ensuring adherence to all administrative standards and audit controls.
- Working closely with Finance, Sales, and Pricing teams in entry of Distributor, program, or pricing (OI) agreement entry.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on Vistex, following all the process and tools provided by Sales Finance in relation to agreement entry. Control the naming convention in Vistex, as to separate each fiscal year accrual and payment/deduction.
- Own and maintain the membership lists in Vistex and customer/territory relationships in Vistex.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Accounting, Finance.

Required Length & Type of Experience:

- Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales administration, financial analysis or accounting is required.
- Prior experience working with tight deadlines and demonstrated responsibility for accuracy and timeliness for work performed.
- Microsoft Office skills are required, must be proficient in Excel, SAP, and Vistex.
