Your future duties and responsibilities
Le ou la spécialiste, Security Service Edge, est un(e) ingénieur(e) expérimenté(e) en soutien des opérations de sécurité et qui est responsable des activités liées à la prise en charge des solutions de sécurité et/ou des opérations d’infrastructure de sécurité.

**Principales responsabilités**: soutien pour Security Service Edge
Administration, contrôle d’accès, soutien à la solution et surveillance
?effectuer des activités de soutien et d’administration (définition et déploiement de politiques, contrôle d’accès basé sur les rôles [RBAC], intégrations, surveillance, etc.) de la solution Security Service Edge (SSE);
?collaborer avec les fournisseurs de services internes et les autres équipes du centre mondial de gestion de la sécurité (GSOC) pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’infrastructure et des services;
?résoudre les problèmes et apporter son aide aux autres équipes de soutien d’autres niveaux, au besoin;
?créer, mettre à jour et gérer la documentation, les procédures et les guides de résolution des problèmes concernant le soutien aux services et aux solutions
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
QUALIFICATIONS
La personne choisie doit être passionnée par la sécurité, et aimer résoudre des défis techniques et découvrir de nouvelles solutions modernes. Elle doit également posséder des compétences avérées dans le domaine des opérations d’infrastructure et d’excellentes connaissances en matière de gestion unifiée des terminaux en utilisant un modèle d’agent de terminal et de console centralisé.

La personne doit posséder une expertise et une expérience avérées (au moins trois ans) dans au moins deux des domaines suivants:
?prise en charge de la solution de filtrage Internet;
?prise en charge de l’infrastructure de sécurité;
?prise en charge des solutions de sécurité;
?expertise en TI et/ou en sécurité (pertinente pour ce rôle).
Expérience dans la prise en charge de solutions
?avoir occupé un rôle technique en exerçant ses compétences en matière de présentation de renseignements techniques aux dirigeant(e)s ou aux architectes;
?avoir une bonne connaissance des technologies de sécurité Web (p. ex., la classification des sites Web, le filtrage Web, les coupe-feu Web);
?avoir des compétences en matière de déploiement, de configuration et d’administration de logiciels à la demande (solutions hébergées dans le nuage);
?avoir des compétences en dépannage des principaux systèmes d’exploitation en tant qu’agent(e) de soutien;
?avoir de l’expérience en résolution de problèmes de connectivité réseau;
