**Pay Rate**: $90-$120/hr (incorporated)

**Work Authorization**: Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead complex transformation projects and business process/continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with and influence large stakeholder groups from various functions and businesses.
- Communicate effectively with the CPMO and business leadership team.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team, including business, functional, and IT staff, contractors, and system integrators.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using the CPMO Delivery Execution Framework.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring corrective action is taken when necessary to improve performance.
- Manage risks to resolve issues/conflicts within the project.
- Lead day-to-day activities of the project/program team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of project/program results.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and implement performance improvements.
- Partner with Corporate Change Management to design and implement appropriate OCM/Business Readiness strategies/plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- At least ten years of progressive professional experience as a Project Manager or in a similar capacity.
- Experience in business transformation and business process/continuous improvement projects.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Oil & Gas/Energy industry experience is an asset.
- Highly effective communicator, confident, passionate, transparent, respectfully assertive, and inspiring.
- Displays emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and remains calm under pressure; confident and optimistic attitude.
