The B2B Retention Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building onboarding journeys and growing in product support, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WalkMe.

**How you will make a difference?**

Working closely with the B2B Global Retention Marketing Manager, this role will collaborate with the product owners / content teams to define WalkMe content scope and requirements for our use in Mathletics, Mathseeds, Reading Eggs, BrightPath, and Writing Legends.

**Responsibilities will include;**
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain WalkMe content, including working with stakeholders to ensure content is current, accurate, and relevant.
- Maintain the WalkMe solution by tracking all feature enhancements, deploying where appropriate, and communicating.
- Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues. Work with WalkMe to resolve.
- Maintain monthly reporting on WalkMe existing and new content.
- Monitor Salesforce Marketing Cloud and product usage data insights to continually optimize the onboarding journeys.

**What you will bring with you?**
- 3+ years of B2B retention marketing experience ideally in the EdTech sector.
- Experience in creating and maintaining customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- The ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in creating and maintaining WalkMe content.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WalkMe, or similar platforms.
