We are looking to hire a Installation Foreman to be a part of our Installation & Service team. Installation Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing the installation of windows and doors in residential or commercial settings. The foreman is responsible for leading a team of installers, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

**Job Duties**:

- Lead and supervise a team of windows and doors installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Plan and organize installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material management, to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Possess a deep understanding of windows and doors installation methods, techniques, and best practices to ensure top-notch workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to maintain the highest quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.
- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of required materials, tools, and equipment for installation projects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including project reports, inventory, and employee performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs within the team and conduct training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Proven experience in windows and doors installation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of various window and door types, installation methods, and building codes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing unexpected challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle on-site issues effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Valid driver's license

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
