**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and manage crews of up to 6 skilled electricians.
- Oversee electrical installations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless operations.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman, managing small crews.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Salary based on experience. Position includes a vehicle allowance, gas card, laptop and RRSP plan.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
