**Brand Ambassador - Oakville**

**Position Overview**:

- The Brand Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact for customers at our Pella Experience Center. They will be responsible for understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions, effectively advocating for Pella as the preferred choice. Key responsibilities include entering and updating customer information in Salesforce, providing project quotations or cost-details, and scheduling in-home appointments. This position acts as an ambassador, guiding customers through a firsthand experience of our brand, products, and digital tools.
