**Key responsibilities of the Fiber Optics and Copper Installation Supervisor include**:

- **Team Leadership and Management**:Guide, train, and supervise a team of fiber optic technicians, ensuring consistent high-quality work and adherence to best practices. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and respond to any challenges or issues that arise.
- **Quality Assurance and Standardization**:Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes for fiber and copper installation. Ensure adherence to Lexia Communications and industry standards, regularly reviewing procedures to incorporate improvements and advancements.
- **Safety Oversight**:Ensure all safety guidelines are understood, implemented, and adhered to within the team. Organize regular safety trainings and ensure the availability and usage of appropriate safety equipment.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Champion an ethos of continuous improvement by keeping abreast of the latest technologies and techniques in fiber optics. Promote a culture where team members are encouraged to suggest and implement improvements.
- **Dependability**:Ensure the team consistently delivers top-notch installation and excellent customer services.
- **Professionalism**:Uphold the highest standards of conduct and execution in fiber optic splicing.

**On your resume, we ask that you outline the following qualifications**:

- **Education**: Telecommunications Diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in fiber optic and copper network or telecommunications are an advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years' experience in fiber optic and copper installation with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with modern fiber optic techniques and equipment.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and people management. Understanding of network design and the telecommunications industry.
