We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic **Ultimate Frisbee Coach Coordinator** to lead training sessions, organize drop-ins, and teach the basics of this exciting sport to players of all skill levels.

**Position Overview**:
The Ultimate Frisbee Coach Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and leading practices, coaching matches, mentoring players, and fostering a welcoming and encouraging team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging training programs tailored to player needs.
- Organize drop-in sessions & mixed leagues, while also teaching the fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee.
- Provide personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and skill-building activities.
- Foster teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship among players.
- Ensure player safety during practices, matches, and drop-in sessions.
- Coordinate locations, schedules, and logistics for practices and games.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience coaching youth or adult sports (Ultimate Frisbee experience preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of Ultimate Frisbee techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation to commute to various practice and game locations.
- Ability to inspire enthusiasm and maintain high energy levels.

**Preferred Experience & Certifications**:

- Coaching certification (preferred).
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring).
- Previous coaching or teaching experience in any sport.
