We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Financial Analyst**to join our passionate team. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in analyzing financial data, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance the performance of our e-commerce business across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic e-commerce operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Planning and Budgeting**:

- Collaborate with various departments to develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual performance, identifying variances and providing explanations for deviations.

**2. Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess profitability, revenue trends, and key performance indicators (Priority goals).
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial data to support strategic business decisions and improvements.

**3. Sales and Revenue Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and revenue trends across different product categories, regions and marketplaces.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvements by controlling product pricing and promotions.

**4. Cost Analysis and Expense Management**:

- Monitor and analyze cost structures, including COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and operating expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements to enhance profitability.

**5. Pricing and Margin Analysis**:

- Evaluate product pricing strategies and their impact on gross margins and overall profitability.
- Monitor pricing to optimize margins and competitiveness.

**6. Inventory Management**:

- Assist in inventory analysis, ensuring optimal stock levels to minimize holding costs and stockouts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory turnover and identify slow-moving items.

**7. Financial Modeling**:

- Develop financial models to assess the potential impact of new business strategies, or investments.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to understand potential risks and opportunities.

**8. Performance Metrics and Company KPIs**:

- Define and track key performance metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings to management and provide practical recommendations.

**9. Forecasting and Projections**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create financial forecasts and projections for the business's future performance.
- Update forecasts regularly based on market dynamics and internal business changes.

**10. Ad-Hoc Analysis and Special Projects**:

- Engage in spontaneous financial analysis and undertake specialized projects as the company's management necessitates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in a Financial Analyst role, preferably within e-commerce or a related industry.
- **Strong interpersonal skills** to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel**, with at least 3 years of experience using complex functions such as IF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field** (required).
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**; proficiency in additional languages such as Russian or Ukrainian is considered an asset.
- **Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills**, with a demonstrated ability to identify trends, create actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- **Proven ability to multitask** and perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
