We are seeking a talented and creative Course Evaluator to join our team as we expand our course offerings in the cleaning industry. As a Course Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our cleaning industry courses. You will be responsible for evaluating the content, structure, and overall value of the courses to ensure they meet industry standards and provide valuable knowledge and skills to our learners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate the content, structure, and instructional design of cleaning industry courses to ensure they are comprehensive, accurate, and engaging.
- Assess the relevance of course materials and learning objectives to the needs of the target audience.
- Create course assessments, quizzes, and assignments to ensure they effectively measure learning outcomes.
- Conduct thorough research on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure courses are up-to-date and relevant.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cleaning industry training.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations on the quality and effectiveness of courses.
- Assist in the development of evaluation criteria and rubrics for assessing courses.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, or a relevant discipline).
- Previous experience in course evaluation, instructional design, or curriculum development.
- Strong knowledge of the cleaning or hospitality industry and its specific training needs.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate courses objectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate evaluation results and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and evaluation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in evaluating online courses and e-learning platforms.
- Certification in instructional design or evaluation methodologies.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
