We are actively looking for an SAP Instructor to join our Academic Department. The SAP Instructor will work closely with the Academic team under the supervision of the Academic Manager and teach SAP Program Modules.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish key class objectives, develop the course material for the students, and ensure they align with industry standards and meet learning objectives.
- Prepare, administer, and grade examinations, and evaluate students' progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and reviews, and providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Take classes, organizing activities to present material, and sharing case studies to deepen understanding of coursework.
- Respond to students’ inquiries regarding the program and course contents and provide them with career guidance.
- Collaborate with the academic management team to enhance overall curriculum effectiveness, maintain program standards, and record students’ attendance and grades.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other departmental activities as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have a minimum bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset.
- Must have SAP Certification with good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in SAP administration or relevant work experience.
- Proven teaching experience or a strong background in corporate training is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, team building, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, such as Google Classroom, D2L, and Moodle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
