**Career Track, Personal Insurance**

This innovative program will provide invaluable knowledge delivered by our in-house personal insurance experts. Following completion of the Career Track program, employees will have the opportunity to start their insurance careers with the Acera Insurance team.

**LOCATION AND STATUS**
- Calgary, Red Deer, Fort McMurray
- Full-Time

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Social Sciences or customer service discipline is preferred
- Strong desire to learn about the insurance industry
- Working towards obtaining Alberta Level 1 License is required and working toward level 2 is considered an asset
- Sales-focused and committed to excellence in customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office and MS Teams
- Knowledge of EPIC or a customer relationship software is considered an asset
