**Summary of Position**
The Plant Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of the plant. This role involves developing and implementing efficiency strategies to ensure that goals and quality standards are met while minimizing manufacturing costs. The Plant Supervisor will lead the team to optimize workflow, enhance productivity, and maintain a safe working environment.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and achieve operational goals for the manufacturing facility
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Develop and implement initiatives to meet performance and safety standards
- Uphold a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections
- Maximize productive capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction while controlling operating costs
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
- Train lead hands to foster leadership within the team
- Maintain and update the packaging schedule to optimize workflow
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve packaging productivity goals
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and results
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet operational demands and ensure production deadlines are met
**Qualifications and Requirements**
:
- Proficiency in English (speak, write, read)
- Proficiency in French (speak, write, read)
:
- Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, but not required
- 3 to 5 years of successful management experience in operations management across all facets

- Strong understanding of budget development and management
- Collaborative team player
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Computer literate
- Ability to constructively interact with others to resolve issues and enhance operations
- Strategic mindset with an understanding of tactics necessary to achieve company goals

Le superviseur de l’usine est responsable de diriger et de coordonner les opérations quotidiennes de l’usine. Ce rôle implique l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de stratégies d’efficacité pour garantir que les objectifs et les normes de qualité sont atteints tout en minimisant les couts de fabrication. Le superviseur de l’usine dirigera l’équipe pour optimiser le flux de travail, améliorer la productivité et maintenir un environnement de travail sur.
**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Superviser et atteindre les objectifs opérationnels de l’usine de fabrication
- Planifier, organiser et diriger les opérations quotidiennes pour assurer l’efficacité
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives pour répondre aux normes de performance et de sécurité
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sur en appliquant des protocoles de sécurité et en effectuant des inspections régulières
- Maximiser les capacités productives pour garantir la satisfaction des clients tout en contrôlant les couts d’exploitation
- Établir et appliquer des politiques et des procédures pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle
- Former les chefs d’équipe pour favoriser le leadership au sein de l’équipe
- Maintenir et mettre à jour le calendrier d’emballage pour optimiser le flux de travail
- Effectuer des évaluations de performance et fournir des commentaires constructifs au personnel
- Motiver et inspirer les membres de l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité de l’emballage
- Allouer efficacement les ressources pour maximiser la productivité et les résultats
- Des heures supplémentaires occasionnelles peuvent être nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles et assurer le respect des délais de production
**Qualifications et exigences**
:
- Maitrise de l’anglais (parler, écrire, lire)
- Maitrise du français (parler, écrire, lire)
:
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou en commerce préféré, mais pas obligatoire
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience réussie en gestion des opérations dans toutes les facettes

- Solide compréhension de l’élaboration et de la gestion du budget
- Esprit d’équipe collaboratif
- Compétences efficaces en résolution de problèmes
- Compétences en communication claire et concise, à la fois écrite et verbale
