**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage payroll processes for salaried, commissioned, and hourly employees, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Oversee RRSP contributions and employee benefits, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate accurate and timely client invoices in accordance with contractual terms and agreements.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients to collect outstanding payments.
- Prepare financial reports and statements to provide insights into the companys financial health.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay current with regulations and ensure compliance.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
