We are seeking an exceptional receptionist to join our Ladner office. This position is ideal for someone with a pleasant and helpful personality who can provide administrative support for our team, clients, and management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Phone Management_: Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Ticket Management_: Work with the service desk to route and oversee ticket assignments, ensuring timely responses.
- Procurement_: Order office and client inventory and supplies, accept packages, organize incoming/outgoing mail, manage hardware inventory, and arrange courier services.
- Meeting Support:_ Schedule meetings and generate minutes for bi-weekly team meetings.
- Client Administration_: Assist with report generation and handle emergency client visits.
- Other Administrative Tasks_: Support the team with various administrative duties.
**Bookkeeping Tasks**:
- Invoicing:_ Generate monthly invoices, track receivables, and ensure timely payments.
- Vendor Management:_ Enter bills into the accounting system and ensure on-time payments.
- Payroll:_ Process semi-monthly payroll, manage leave records, and handle health benefits administration using Payworks.
- Taxes:_ Handle monthly tax entries and collaborate with the accountant for annual tax filings.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional communication and exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for PC, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Experience with Quickbooks and Sage Business Cloud is preferred.
**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed on Statutory Holidays)
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
