**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Review all incoming Tarion Service Request Forms and coordinate/schedule the Warranty Assessment.

Attend Warranty Assessment Appointments - distinguish between warrantable vs non-warrantable items, technician items vs trade items, and flag urgent items.

Coordinate/schedule all deficiency repairs with trades, warranty team and homeowner, ensuring appointments are scheduled in a timely manner, with proper suite access and care.

Consistently follow up on work orders to trades to ensure swift completion of outstanding items.

Update lot files with accurate, detailed notes post all deficiency repairs and trade service.

Follow
- up with homeowners providing updates on outstanding work, explain maintenance, warranty coverage, receive sign-off on completed items and ensure satisfaction with completed work.

Prepare and maintain logs for purchase orders & back charge notices

Demonstrate exceptional customer service when interacting with homeowners, providing accurate answers, following up on commitments, and creating a positive experience during every interaction.

Review customer satisfaction surveys, support customer advocate programs and ensure the best customer experience for homeowners during the Warranty Period and across all touchpoints.

Prepare, print and monitor reports for review by the Warranty Management

Monitor and ensure proper stock of all Warranty Materials

Participate in after-hours Branthaven Homeowner Events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
3+ years of experience in new home construction as a Warranty Coordinator.

A strong understanding of TARION Construction Guidelines & Warranty Program

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, knowledge of NewStar and Builderlynx or similar software

Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and reports. This will include architectural specifications and drawings, interior design drawings and specifications, upgrade schedules etc.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing expectations and providing a first class customer care experience. Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads.

A customer focused attitude - seeking to exceed customer expectations.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
